Located in San Diego, California, Blair Rasmussen Construction, Inc has been serving Southern California as a General Engineering and Building Contractor for over 17 years - covering counties from the borders of Mexico, Imperial Valley, San Diego , Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange counties unto Los Angeles.

Blair Rasmussen Construction has been in business since 1995. We are a general contractor that specializes in light commercial buildings. We perform tenant improvements, remodels, ground up and complete turnkey projects including schools, water districts, medical facilities, military and many more.
BRC is a certified small business enterprise (SBE), a small local business enterprise (SLBE) and an emerging local business enterprise (ELBE).
